I inserted your paper ZM08 in the reference list again, since we cite it in the introduction. 2.) p.7, last line: Canceled $i, j = 0,1,2,3$. The correct form would be $i=1,2,3,4$, $j=0,1,2,3$, but I think we don't need to mention the exact index ranges here. 3.) p.8, line below eq.31 (definition of the \mu_{ijk}): One of the subscripts had to be changed: j --> k.
