Jia, Peng (CV)

I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Department of Mechanical Engineering, UC Santa Barbara, working with Francesco Bullo. I graduated from Beijing University of Aero. and Astro. with a Bachelor's degree in Automation in 2001, and got my Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2005. I obtained my Ph. D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McGill University under the supervision of Peter Caines, in 2010. I then spent one year at the University of British Columbia, as a postdoc working with Vikram Krishnamurchy.

Research interests

Dynamical auctions and their potential applications in communication networks, power systems, and other decentralized systems; Stochastic games and dynamic global games in sensor networks and cognitive radio; Large population stochastic systems and control; Nonlinear control and output regulation.
