Biography

Zahra (Nazanin) KarimAghaloo is a PhD student at the center for intelligent machines ,McGill university, under supervision of Dr. Tal Arbel. Zahra's PhD research involves investigating new techniques for segmentation of brain lesions in Magnetic Resonance Images of patients with Multiple sclerosis. Zahra's Masters work, undertaken at the University of Queen's , introduced new methods for seed localization problem in prostate brachytherapy. Zahra holds a B.A from Tehran University in the field of Electrical Engineering..
