Teaching, TA-ships and past courses

I intend to keep this page for references for the courses I teach and/or TA. Resources might include programming tips, links to papers or research materials, online demos etc.

Current course

For Winter 2011, I am the TA for COMP765, Mobile Robotics and Spatial Representation. My office hours will be posted soon, on the course website and also here.

Past courses

In the past, I've been a TA for COMP 206A and 206B, COMP 765 and COMP 417. I've been a co-instructor for COMP 417, Introduction to Robotics and Intelligent Systems. In the Fall 2007 and Winter 2008 semester. I was the first instructor for COMP322, Introduction to C++, a one-credit course introduced by the School of Computer Science starting in Fall of 2007. I have also taught this course in the Winter 2008 and Fall 2008 semesters. Look below for the link to the old course web page.

COMP322 Material

I set up a course website for Fall of 2007, when I first taught the course and that still contains information on the course outline, slides, links to reference and other material on the web and so forth. From Winter 2008, I have moved the course content to WebCT, under McGill's central course management system. So for all up-to-date information and notices, you *must* sign up and follow the course on WebCT Vista. The old COMP322 page can be found here. I recommend you give it a glance anyway, as it might help you deciding if you want to be in the course or not to begin with, and also what to expect.
