Networking
- Cisco 48-port 100BT 3500XL
switch. Until we know understand better our bandwidth consumption
and network latency needs we presume that a switched 100Mb/s local
network will suffice.
- Each node has a 100BT NIC
- The server node has 2 x 100BT and provides NFS access for the
cluster to it's RAID storage on the Auspex server. Certainly this
will be the bottleneck for the entire system. This issue will be
addressed as need dictates in the future.
