I'm interested in the diffusion Magnetic Resonance Imaging (dMRI) which reveals connections between cerebral areas of the brain. I am currently working in the CIM laboratory at McGill University (Montreal, Canada) with Kaleem Siddiqi. I recently accomplished my PhD in the Computer Science field at the GREYC laboratory (Caen, France) thanks to my advisors Luc Brun and David Tschumperlé.
