Hierarchical Set Point Control of Chained Systems

H. Michalska Set point feedback control for systems in chained form can be designed by dividing the overall system into subsystems which are then stabilized independently. A supervisory controller synchronizes the action of the controllers at the subsystem level so that the overall system asymptotically achieves a reference set point.
