Registration Fees

The early bird registration fee can be paid until February 26, 2016. All participants must register and pay the corresponding fees by April 1, 2016.
For a paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one registration fee must be paid for and assigned to that paper. Each registration fee can only be assigned to one paper.
The registration fees are as follows:

  • The Regular fee includes a conference booklet, a USB drive with the conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, lunches during the conference, and admission to the conference reception and the banquet.
  • The Student fee includes a conference booklet, a USB drive with the conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, lunches during the conference, and admission to the conference reception (the banquet is not included).
  • The Accompanying Person fee includes admission to all social events, i.e. conference reception and banquet.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 50% refund of the registration fee can be claimed until April 1, 2016. To that end, a written cancellation request should be submitted to the organizers.
